Customer Service Specialist
(CSS)
B.S. in Hotel
Management with two years experience. Coordinate activities
of staff to make arrangements for domestic and international
group meetings, trade shows and conventions. Assess needs of
client for display fabrication or installation, provide cost
estimates of material, transportation and labor, negotiate
terms of payment and supervise project, orders audio/visual
and other electrical equipment, furnishings, catering and
labor. Coordinates with hotel convention manager and event
or trade show organizer to insure compliance with show
specifications and regulations.
